The Challenge

The Solution
Conviva designed a fully integrated system using carefully selected technologies that complement one another beautifully.
Lutron lighting and shading control was installed to manage ambient light, blinds, curtains, and underfloor heating within guest rooms and communal spaces. Guests can now create the perfect atmosphere at the touch of a button, whether setting the lights low for relaxation, adjusting the temperature for comfort, or closing the blinds for privacy.
Verkada access control was introduced for room doors, allowing secure keyless entry managed centrally by reception. Staff can see at a glance which rooms are occupied, who has entered, and when, giving them total oversight and peace of mind.

Every element was connected through one touch control. From the receptionist’s desk to the bedside table, the system allows both guests and staff to control and monitor the environment effortlessly.
